Processing times for your orders
We have chosen to bet on the speed of order processing to reduce delivery times as much as possible.
For a normal order, this means: as soon as you receive your confirmation email, your order is being processed. Your order may already be ready to ship within 10 minutes.
If your order is large, we may need more time.
Delivery delay
We have two production sites, which is why for some orders you will receive two packages.
If you place your orders before 5 p.m., the delivery time will depend on the product you order:
You can track your order from your customer account. Log on to our “Orders and Billing” page by clicking here . In the “Orders” tab, you can click on the UPS logo. This will take you directly to the UPS order tracking page.
The price of shipping
We have two tiers for shipping costs: the first at£4.95 with Royal Mail with in two working days and the second is UPS next day delivery at £9.95 per envelope/parcel.
How much postage do I have to pay for delivery if I place more than one order?
If you place multiple orders within one or two hours, we only charge one postage.
However, for logistical reasons, we may not be able to reduce shipping costs given carriers’ pick-up times. It is possible that your first order has already been produced and given to the carrier when you have just placed your second order.
